1. Using the service

Marktpas is a loyalty platform for market stands. You may only use the service for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

2. Accounts and cards

You are responsible for your account and (NFC/QR) card usage. Do not share your card code publicly. Marktpas may rate-limit or block abusive behavior.

3. Points and rewards

Points are granted and redeemed by participating market stands. Points have no cash value and may change or expire depending on each stand’s program.

4. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marktpas is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or points loss due to misuse or service interruptions.
